"You guys Rock. I purchased a Honda Rebel and your sales people fought over who was going to deliver it to my house on a Saturday. They all couldn't wait to serve the customer.
Unfortunately, I didn't listen to the salesman on the instructions to tighten the bolts periodically, and things began to fall off the bike. Anyway I brought it in to the service department and Javier looked the bike over and found a missing bolt. He could have charged me to have the bike remain for a check-up, but he found the problem and the problem was solved, Free. You guys are great."

"Dear Owner/Sales Manager:
I purchased a new Burgman 650 from your dealership three weeks ago, and I want to inform you and your staff of the great treatment I have received from the guys in your service department. Robert, Javier, and the others have truly treated me like a customer instead of just a number. I belong to a large Burgman owner’s group (8000+ members), and many are envious that I have an honest and reputable local Suzuki dealer that I can trust to service my bike correctly and at a reasonable price. Many motorcycle/scooter owners across the nation have to deal with dealerships (all makes and models) who act like they are doing them a favor to work on their bike. Good mechanics are worth their weight in gold! My salesman, John, was also genuinely concerned about making sure I got the right bike for my needs. I am a graduate student at CSUB, and I get lots of looks and questions about the Burgman because I park on campus where everyone walks by it. I tell everyone the bike is worth every penny, and that I trust Fred Cummings Motorsports to handle all of my service needs. Burgmans are in high demand, and if you are lucky enough to find one, you should buy it!
